Mark and Victoria Ferguson have lived in the newly built house Tilbrooks for just three months. Victoria was born in Ripon, North Yorkshire, and Mark in Corby, Northamptonshire. Mark is Assistant Agent for the Thurlow Estate and Victoria is a chartered physiologist.

Mark and Victoria have their own horses and enjoy hunting which they hope to do here as well as in Northampton and Yorkshire.

Among the many positive aspects of living here they mention the very nice people, having a village shop, being employed with a lovely new house, good transport links with the rest of the country, and the nice countryside, improved by local sporting interests. The only negative aspect is the busy road.
