Dennis and Rosanna Valente and their son Timothy live at Street Farm, Little Thurlow. They have been there for five years, and before that lived in Gt. Thurlow for 25 years. Dennis was born in Hastings then moved to Milhurst before coming to Suffolk thirty years ago.

Rosanna is an S.R.N. and works in Newmarket, Dennis is a retired farm maintenance man. Timothy does various kinds of local work.

Dennis has an aviary of birds, likes walking his dogs and enjoys following the hunt and shooting.

The open countryside, lots of wildlife and good footpaths are the positive side of living here. There are no negative aspects.

The increase in traffic and speeding through the village are the main change they have seen.
